In search of Tevez’s new chant

Now that Carlos Tevez has signed for City, the search is on for a more “appropriate” chant to the one sung by some of us for the last two seasons.

Still sung to “When Johnny Comes Marching Home”, lay down your lyrics here, and see if it gets taken up by the City massive this season. If you are not very creative, just comment on the efforts of others!

For what it is worth, here is my feeble first attempt to get the creative juices and opinion flowing.

“He comes from South America, Tevez Tevez,
For country and club it’s sky and white, Tevez Tevez,
He waved goodbye to Fergie’s fans, to join in City’s master plans,

    this may not be a Teves chant but with the blues sense of humour and the lack of away wins over the last two seasons the chant for next season should be to ” the lion sleeps tonight”…
    eg; when we beat liverpool at anfield and other teams at their homes, the next home game we should chant about it for a laugh…
