Steve Kay - Funeral Arrangements

As promised all details of the funeral have now been confirmed and as I mentioned on Bluemoon, it really will be a celebration of his life and passion for football and City.

It will be held in the Mancunian suite at the City of Manchester stadium on Tuesday 1st December, commencing at 11am. Everyone who wants to be there is more than welcome to come down. Proceedings should go until around 12:30pm, with committal at Holinwood crematorium at 1pm then back to the stadium for lots of chatter and memories.

Family flowers only please, with donations if desired to Factor 50 (Melanoma Charity) and/or Francis House Children’s Hospice. Donations and enquiries to Natural Endings Funeral Services, 151 Northendedn Road, Sale, Manchester, M33 2HS, Telephone 0161 969 6690.

Reading the tributes and stories people have left around the web has been really touching for us all and we really appreciate everyone’s kind words. Let’s give him the send off he would’ve wanted and remember the great person that he was. I look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday.
